Sinan ÇAKIR emphasized that a new breath has come to the business world through mediation of the Condition of Trial. Sinan ÇAKIR summarized the system in the light of new regulations;
"Parties will now try to mediate in the first session, as the employer will take the employer and the mediation becomes a condition for mediation in compensation for compensation and work disputes, and if the mediation does not understand it, the parties will be able to apply to the court. The system will operate through mediation bureaus in the courts. The mediator will conclude the mediation application within 3 weeks.
